Terms and Conditions for the State-Level Online Inclusive India Quiz Competition
1. *Organizer:*
- The quiz is organized by Special Need Education Home (SNEH), Nagda under the joint auspices of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.
2. *Eligibility:*
- Open to all school students from class 9 to 12 across Madhya Pradesh.
- Participants must be Indian citizens.
3. *Platform:*
- The quiz can be accessed and played through a dedicated mobile application or via the website [http://snehnagda.org/quiz/](http://snehnagda.org/quiz/).
4. *Registration:*
- Participants must register online by creating a login ID with an OTP-generated password. Registration requires providing a valid name, mobile number, and email address.
- Employees of SNEH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. *Quiz Format:*
- The quiz consists of fifteen (15) multiple-choice questions.
- Participants have 300 seconds (5 minutes) to complete the quiz.
- Each question carries equal marks, and bonus points are awarded for time saved.
6. *Competition Structure and Timeline:*
- *District Level:* Runs from November 25, 2024, to November 29, 2024.
- *Divisional Level:* Continues from November 30, 2024, to December 1, 2024.
- *State Level:* The final round is on December 2, 2024.
- *Results Announcement:* Winners will be announced on December 3, 2024, during the awards ceremony on World Disability Day.
7. *Helplines:*
- Participants can use "Flip the Question" to get a new question.
- The "50-50" helpline removes two incorrect answers.
8. *Scoring and Attempts:*
- Participants can attempt the quiz only once. The score from this single attempt will be considered as the final score for competition rankings.
9. *Awards:*
- Prizes will be awarded at each competition level, with categories as follows:
- *District Level:*
- 1st Prize: Rs. 1,000/- (55 Prizes)
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 500/- (110 Prizes)
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 300/- (165 Prizes)
- *Divisional Level:*
- 1st Prize: Rs. 2,000/- (10 Prizes)
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 1,000/- (20 Prizes)
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 500/- (30 Prizes)
- *State Level:*
- 1st Prize: Rs. 10,000/- (1 Prize)
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 5,000/- (2 Prizes)
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 3,000/- (3 Prizes)
- The total value of all prizes across all levels is Rs. 2,45,500.
- Prize money will be transferred to the bank accounts of the winners. Winners will be required to provide valid bank account details.
- In case of a tie at any level, the prize money for the tied position will be equally distributed among the winners.
10. *Certificates:*
- All participants will receive an online Certificate of Participation.
11. *Data Privacy:*
- Participant information will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will only be used for competition administration purposes.
12. *Amendments and Cancellation:*
- SNEH reserves the right to amend the terms or cancel the quiz under unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through the official website.
13. *Dispute Resolution:*
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of SNEH will be final and binding.
- All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nagda, Ujjain, MP.
